The changes focus on the three areas that most affect day-to-day productivity: turret indexing, spindle assembly and coolant delivery.<\/p>\n<h3>Turret indexing<\/h3>\n<p>Tool change time has been tightened through revised cam and locking geometry, and the indexing motor control has been re-tuned so that heavy boring bars and driven tools index with the same repeatability as light tools. The result is a shorter chip-to-chip time on short-cycle work.<\/p>\n<h3>Spindle assembly<\/h3>\n<p>Spindle bearing preload and housing tolerances are now set and recorded per machine during assembly, and each spindle is run in and vibration-checked before the machine leaves the line. This improves surface finish stability on longer runs and makes thermal behaviour more predictable.<\/p>\n<h3>Coolant delivery<\/h3>\n<p>Coolant lines have been re-routed to reduce pressure loss, and the standard tank capacity has been reviewed for continuous roughing. Options for high-pressure coolant and additional flushing remain available for deep-hole and difficult materials.<\/p>\n<p>Existing machines can be partly updated in the field.
