The machine combines a 30&deg; inclined high-low rail structure with a 12-station power turret, so milling, drilling, tapping and turning operations are completed in one setup.<\/p>\n<h3>Key capabilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>580 mm X-axis, 550 mm Z-axis and &plusmn;50 mm Y-axis travel<\/li>\n<li>A2-6 spindle specification with &Phi;66 mm through hole and 45&ndash;3,500 rpm speed range<\/li>\n<li>12-station turret with BMT55 driven tooling, 0.2 s\/station tool change<\/li>\n<li>C-axis indexing for contour milling and cross-hole drilling<\/li>\n<li>Hydraulic tailstock, so shaft-type work can be supported without a separate fixture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Suitable work<\/h3>\n<p>Parts that previously needed a lathe plus a machining center can now be finished in one clamping: valve bodies, hydraulic components, motor housings, medical instrument parts and similar work with cross features or milled flats.<\/p>\n<p>The machine can be ordered with chip conveyor, automatic loading, additional tool holders and high-pressure coolant.
