The TCN-5260Y power turret turning and milling composite has joined our range, extending turn-mill capability to larger workpieces. The machine combines a 30° inclined high-low rail structure with a 12-station power turret, so milling, drilling, tapping and turning operations are completed in one setup.
Key capabilities
- 580 mm X-axis, 550 mm Z-axis and ±50 mm Y-axis travel
- A2-6 spindle specification with Φ66 mm through hole and 45–3,500 rpm speed range
- 12-station turret with BMT55 driven tooling, 0.2 s/station tool change
- C-axis indexing for contour milling and cross-hole drilling
- Hydraulic tailstock, so shaft-type work can be supported without a separate fixture
Suitable work
Parts that previously needed a lathe plus a machining center can now be finished in one clamping: valve bodies, hydraulic components, motor housings, medical instrument parts and similar work with cross features or milled flats.
