Our new machining and assembly capacity is now in service. Additional CNC machining equipment for beds, saddles and turret housings has been installed, together with a dedicated assembly bay for the larger TCN-5260 and TCN-5260Y models.
What it means for customers
- Shorter lead times on standard lathe and turn-mill models
- More stable quality, because critical parts are machined on dedicated equipment with recorded inspection
- More flexibility for custom specifications such as special spindle bores, additional axes or non-standard paint colours
Each machine is assembled, aligned and test-cut before shipment. Inspection records covering spindle runout, positioning accuracy and repeatability travel with the machine, and a test workpiece can be supplied on request.
Production planning is reviewed weekly, and we update customers on the progress of their order at each stage: machining, assembly, testing and packing. For urgent requirements, please contact the sales team to check current availability of the model you need.
